Law of Attraction – your infinate power

We are the world

“Vibrations are emanating from all matter, impinging on and effecting on all surrounding matter” Sinhel

Law of attraction – Your power

When you think about yourself, how powerful do you think you are?
How does the law of attraction influence how you see yourself each moment?
Are you aware that just by being you, who you are, you create an incredible impact on everything and everyone you interact with? That other people also effect you and you can choose HOW they effect you?

Every person you meet is like an unwrapped present, they will reveal something and it will brush past you.
Some peoples actions or energy may appear to touch you more than others, but even the small stuff we have no clue about leaps from one person to the next.

With one reaction from you , you have inadvertently created a chain reaction of events. This is how powerful you are.

The law of attraction dictates that even if you do nothing at all you can leap into someone’s energy; someone can see you walking down the street and you mirror something to them. It may be confidence, it may be sadness but seeing you can trigger something within them that could lead to a major transformation and you know nothing about it.

No matter how weak you feel you are, the truth is how massive your power not your powerlessness is. Once you understand your power, you have the key to tapping into it and creating ripples and waves that go your way.
You surf the psychic energy of the whole to lead you and in some ways, us all, in a direction.
We are not separate from each other but particles of energy which collide and effect each piece of solid matter that they hit. Your energy infects every one you walk past in one way or another.

The law of attraction will bring different parts of the whole to you, different people and different experiences.
When you become aware of what energy you put out you will attract, through the law of attraction and the natural law of the Universe a whole host of miracles.

Top Ten Tips To Survive Xmas!

Xmas Survival!

1: Xmas is an emotive time for everyone. The ghost of Xmas past, childhood memories and deep psychological issues can be stirred. Be aware of this and try not to react emotionally. If other people do not fulfil your needs or are snappy, embrace the Christmas message and act with unconditional love. Rub a white candle with oil and visualise unconditional love and peace fill the atmosphere.

Avoid emotional reactions. React only with unconditional love

2: If you are grieving someone who has past, lost a lover recently or feeling lonely. Know that this too shall pass and that Xmas is just another day. Go out and work for a charity for the day. Or be committed to nurturing and spoiling yourself with all your favourite foods. Buy a smudge stick ( sage wrapped in string which is used for purification) smudge your home and visualise all the past being cleared.

This is just like any other day. This too shall pass. Celebrate yourself and take it as a day to spoil you. Or give something back and help a charity over Xmas.

3: Xmas tends to conjure up very high expectations. We want everyone to be happy, the food to be perfect and the gifts just right. Remember the true message of Xmas and value each moment. Be gracious and grateful for the present not the fantasy. Let go of disappointment and embrace what is. Buy a rose quartz and carry it in your pocket. It is the unconditional love stone and will heal your heart if you feel hurt.

Let go of expectations. Do the best you can and make the most of the day even if you burn the turkey or Uncle Fred gets drunk. See the funny side of it rather than feel disappointed.

4: Emotions are catching, if you react with good humour and warmth it is sure to spread. If certain topics always cause rows – avoid them! Know your family or partner well enough to side step controversial subjects.

Avoid taboo topics and keep things neutral. Act with warmth and good humour.

5: Take space – being in a room full of family, being on your best behaviour and possibly travelling long distance creates stress! Take time out even if it is just a walk in the garden on your own or with your partner. A moment to connect with yourself and your centre re energises you.

Take time out – take a walk or go into the garden. Ten minutes personal space recharges you.

6: Avoid getting drunk or eating too much. Start of the day with something healthy. Balance alcohol with water to avoid dehydrating. Alcohol can cause emotional responses or bad temper.

Balance food and drink so your don’t feel grumpy and come over all bah humbug!

7: Xmas is hard to avoid what ever your belief system. If you come from a different religion or do not believe in Xmas let others enjoy it and accept we all have different beliefs.

Be tolerant – even if you don’t believe in Xmas, respect others rights to20do so.

May you have a fabulous time whatever you are doing. Sending loads of love
